Bookings are made directly with each operator, so cancellation, refund, and bad-weather policies are theirs, not ours — and they vary. Most operators will reschedule or refund for unsafe weather (thunderstorms, small-craft advisories), but confirm the policy when you book, especially for guided tours and fishing charters that hold a deposit.
Do you rent kayaks directly?
