Wicked Tuna is one of the most popular restaurants on the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, known for its fresh sushi, creative seafood dishes, and prime waterfront location. The menu blends traditional Southern seafood with Japanese-inspired rolls and raw bar offerings — a combination that works surprisingly well when everything is this fresh. The outdoor deck hangs over the marsh and fills up fast on summer evenings. The tuna rolls are exceptional, and the shrimp and grits are as good as anywhere in the Lowcountry.

Local Insider Tip

Get there before 6pm on weekends or you'll wait. The bar seats fill up first and have the best view. Order the tuna nachos as a starter — it's not on every menu version but ask your server.

Kayak Access

Accessible by kayak from Oyster Landing at mid to high tide. The MarshWalk docks are shared — tie up and walk to any restaurant.
